why would the state think that just because they aren't "married" by state that the state has the right to go and sell things that they personally owned regardless that it was them together?
ReplyDeleteand THIS is one of many reasons why homosexuals should be allowed to marry.
ReplyDeleteso many people think that these issues still do not take place and that domestic partnerships and such allow for gay and lesbian couples to share the same rights as married couples. This case clearly demonstrates that these issues have not been solved and that instead the gov is still controlling important aspects of peoples lives through regulating morality within public policy
ReplyDeletehas anyone heard of any more recent cases like this??? I thought that I heard a similar case more recently on the radio but I only caught the last part of it...does anyone know about this????
